摘要
随着长沙、株洲、湘潭三市一体化和两型社会的建设,生态安全建设、城市森林与人文景观协调构建成为城市群发展的艰巨任务。2005年湘潭市提出了建设森林城市的目标,根据湘潭市森林城市建设的有利条件与不利因素,湘潭市在森林城市建设中应遵循以人为本、生态优先,师法自然,注重生物多样性,突出本土特色,城乡一体化的原则。按照湘潭市森林城市建设的总体目标,科学规划,合理布局,建设主体框架,形成内外绿网,加快推进城市森林化。
With the integration of the three cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and also with the development of ＂ Two-oriented Society＂, ecological security, the coordination of urban forests and human landscapes becomes a tough task for the development of the urban agglomeration. In 2005, Xiangtan City put forward the goal of building a Forest City. According to the favorable and unfavorable factors of Xiangtan city as to urban construction, Xiangtan city should follow the people - oriented, ecological-prior, nature-emphasized, biological diversity- emphasized, localized, and urban-rural integrated principles. According to the overall objective, scientific planning, rational distribution, building the main framework, formation of inside and outside the green nelwork are necessary so as to speed up the urban forest.
