摘要
通过盆栽实验,采用微波消解和ICP-MS联用技术,测定水稻不同器官中镉的含量。优化了微波消解和ICP-MS的工作条件;初步研究了镉在水稻不同器官中的分布状况。镉在水稻各器官中含量跨度宽,ICP-MS法具有线性动态范围宽、极少稀释样品、快速、准确等特点,很适合使用该法测定,通过加标回收率和国家标准物质的分析,验证了方法的准确性和可靠性。
A method for the determination of cadmium in different organs of paddy by microwave digestion combined with ICP-MS technology was developed in company with pot experiment.The conditions of microwave accelerated reaction system and ICP-MS were optimized.The distribution of cadmium in different organs of paddy was discussed.Cadmium in different organs of paddy was in a wide span,ICP-MS method has the characteristics of wide linear dynamic range,few sample diluted,rapid and accurate,it was suitable to use the method.The accuracy and reliability of method were verified through the recovery and analysis of national standard substances.
