大疱性类天疱疮合并神经系统疾病2例 被引量：2

摘要 大疱性类天疱疮（bullous pemphigoid，BP）是一种自身免疫性皮肤病，大多发生于老年人，可合并多种老年性疾病，包括神经系统疾病（neurological disease，ND）。有文献报道BP可发生于多种神经系统疾病的患者，如痴呆、多发性硬化、帕金森病、肌萎缩性侧索硬化、脑血管病、癫痫及周围神经病变等患者。现将本院收治的2例报告如下。
