氧化铁红生产中氨的回收及循环利用

摘要 利用吹脱工艺处理水热法制备氧化铁红产生的高浓度氨氮废水。经试验所得最佳的吹脱工艺参数为pH=12、CaO浓度30%、吹脱温度100℃和负压吹脱30 min。在此条件下,氨的回收利用率可达97.40%。用硫酸铁溶液吸收吹脱后氨水,使得氨得到了循环利用。水热实验证明回收的氨水并不影响氧化铁红产品的质量。 Blow-off method was employed to study the treatment of high concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from iron oxide red prepared by hydrothermal method.The optimal process parameters achieved in the experiment included a pH value of 12,CaO concentration of 30%,blow-off temperature of 100℃ and blow-off time with negative pressure of 3 h.Under these conditions,an ammonia-nitrogen recovery rate of 97.40% could be obtained.Ammonia of blow-off reacted with ferric sulfate solution and was recycled completely.It is verified in a lab experiment that the reused ammonia doesn' t lower the quality of the iron oxide red prepared by hydrothermal method.
