摘要
通过水培试验,研究了Cu^2+对荞麦种子萌发、幼苗生长及叶绿素、蛋白质含量的影响。结果显示:20-120mg/L Cu^2+处理能促进荞麦种子发芽,发芽率逐渐提高,但效果不显著;显著抑制荞麦幼苗的生长,并且随着Cu^2+处理浓度的增加,荞麦整株鲜重显著下降,尤其对根部的抑制最为明显。荞麦幼苗的可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量随着Cu^2+处理浓度的增加呈先升后降的趋势。表明,低Cu^2+浓度抑制荞麦生长,高Cu^2+浓度则会对荞麦造成显著伤害。
The solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of copper on seed germina-tion, seedling growth and the contents of chlorophyll and protein of Fagopyrum esculentum Moench. The resuits showed that 20-120 mg/L Cu^2+ could stimulate the seed germination and gradually increased the germination rate, but the effect was not obvious; they could obviously inhibit the seedling growth too, and the fresh weight of the whole plant decreased significantly with the increasing of Cu^2+ concentration, especially they restrained the root growth. With the increasing of Cu^2+ concentration, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein increased firstly and then decreased. As a result, the low Cu^2+ concentration restrained the seedling growth, and the high Cu^2+ notably damaged the Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.
