铜绿假单胞菌引起的院内感染分析

摘要 目的分析由铜绿假单胞菌引起的院内感染情况及该菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的产生情况。方法收集自2008年1月至2009年3月共107株铜绿假单胞菌,通过双纸片协同试验初筛和E-试验确证,检测其ESBLs阳性菌株,归纳总结107株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药特点,同时分析ESBLs阳性铜绿假单胞菌的药物敏感情况。结果107株铜绿假单胞菌中共检出ESBLs阳性菌32株,占29.9%,药敏分析结果显示107株铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星的敏感率较高。结论怀疑铜绿假单胞菌的感染可使用环丙沙星、阿米卡星和左氧氟沙星作为培养前的经验用药。 Objective To analyze extended spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs) in pseudomonas aerugenosa in our hospital. Methods To collect 107 strains P. aeruginosa from January 2008 to March 2009 in the central hospital of Xuchang, examining which stains could generate ESBLs. At last, we had a medicinesensitive test to every P. aeruginosa strains. Results Among the 107 P. aeruginosa strains,we found 32 ESBLs positive strains by two-paper cooperate test and E-test. The total ESBLs positive rate was 29.9 percentage. The medicine-sensitive test showed us all 107 strans P. aeruginosa were sensitive to emikacin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion Doctor can use emikacin and ciprofloxacin before bacteria culture.
