摘要
在入学训练阶段,新学员面临许多从未遇到的新情况和新问题,导致心理症状增多,影响训练效果。本文立足某综合性学历教育大学本科学员来源广泛、样本池丰富的特点,将抽样对象分组为青年指挥类、青年技术类、战士类,从不同类别学员在训练不同时期的不同心理健康状态的角度进行研究,分析其变化规律,并从多个角度探究新学员心理健康状态及其对训练成绩的影响。
During the training session, the new cadets face many unprecedented situations and problems, which cause the increase of psychological symptoms and affect the training consequences. This paper, based on a sample in the university education for academic credentials, divides the samples into groups of commanding, science and technology and combatants, and conduct the research and analysis from different perspectives.
