有机硫对水体中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对重金属离子采用常规处理难以达标的问题,选用TMT、DTCR等有机硫和Na2S,对水中微量Cu2+进行深度处理研究.通过3种金属捕获剂的处理效果对比,最终选用TMT作为Cu2+捕获剂,重点探究了pH值、反应时间、TMT投加量、温度等因素对TMT处理Cu2+效果的影响.结果表明,pH对Cu2+去除效果的影响最为显著,而其他因素的影响则有限.另外,在存在EDTA等络合剂的情况下,TMT对Cu2+处理效果并不理想,这一点通过络合常数和反应平衡常数的计算也得到了论证.通过本研究,可以为微量Cu2+等重金属离子的达标排放提供参考. Considering that conventional treatment is always difficult to remove heavy metal ions to meet the discharge standard, this paper used TMT, DTCR and Na2 S as the advanced treatment agents to remove low-level Cu^2+ from water. By comparing the treatment effects of three heavy metal capture agents, TMT was finally chosen as the most ideal one . Some common factors which may affect the removal efficiency of Cu^2+ by TMT were studied, such as pH, reaction time, dosage of TMT and temperature. The results showed that pH was the most significant factor when dealing with Cu^2+ by TMT, while other factors just influenced limitedly. Besides, when there existed complexing agent like EDTA, TMT could not remove Cu^2+ well, which was also demonstrated by calculating the complexation constant and reaction equilibrium constant. Through this study, we could provide references for Cu^2+ and other heave metal ions removal from wastewater to achieve standard discharge.
