摘要
目的建立测定双黄连聚乳酸纳米粉针中主药含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长277nm。结果黄芩苷检测质量浓度在0.220~8.800μg/μL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.0000,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD=0.72%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in nanoparticles powder for injection. Methods The determination was performed on SinoChrom ODS- BP column with the mobile phase of methanol- water-orthophosphoric acid (47:53: 0. 2)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results The calibration curve of baicalin was linear within the concentration range of 0.220-8.800 μg/μL(r=1.000 0, n=6), and its average recovery rate was 99.28%, RSD=0.72% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quality control of haicalin in Shuanghuanglian Nanoparticles Powder for Injection.
