摘要
对废旧聚氨酯材料的物理回收、化学回收等回收利用方法的发展进行了综述。着重介绍了物理回收法中的粘结成型法、填料法、热压成型法、挤出成型法以及化学回收法中的醇解法、水解法、碱解法、氨解法、胺解法、热解法、加氢裂解法、磷酸酯法等回收利用方法,并讨论了各种方法的优缺点。物理回收法在实际生产中应用较为活跃,化学回收法也具有广阔的发展前景。
This article gives an overview of research developments of physical recycling methods, chemical recycling methods and other recycling methods for polyurethane wastes. Physical recycling methods including bonding moulding, using as filler, hot compression moulding, extrusion moulding and chemical recycling methods including glycolysis, hydrolysis, alkaline degradation, aminolysis, amine decomposing, thermal degradation, hydrogenation, phosphate ester degradation are mainly introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of every recycling method are discussed. At finally, it's pointed out that physical recycling methods are applied actively in practical production and chemical recycling methods also have broad prospects.
