摘要
机床的动力学特性对机床的加工质量和加工效率具有直接影响,进行机床动态特性分析和结构优化设计对于保障高速精密机床的品质和性能尤为重要。系统介绍了高速精密机床系统动力学的定义和主要研究内容,从机床结构系统、机床加工系统和机床传动系统三方面对国内外机床技术的研究进展进行了全面评述,指出了高速精密机床动力学未来的研究热点和发展趋势。
The dynamic characteristics of machine tools have significant effect on their processing quality and processing efficiency. Analyzing of dynamic characteristics of machine tools and their optimum design are very important to high speed precision machine tools. The definition and mainly content of machine tools dynamics are introduced,then review on the development of machine tools technology are presented from aspects of the structural system,processing system and transmission system. Finally future research focus and the tendency of machine tool dynamics are given.
