摘要
本文旨在介绍台湾技职教育新近的发展状况,并归纳其特色。第一部分简述了台湾技职教育发展的四个时期,即:发展基层农业及商业教育时期、技术专业人才培育时期、技职教育体系建立时期及技职教育优质化时期;第二部分针对台湾技职教育发展的现况,分别就教育行政制度及学校制度作现况的说明;第三部分提出了台湾技职教育在世纪交替后的发展重点;第四部分就前述发展重点归纳新近发展的特色,包括:技职教育体系独立完整;社会力量办学兴盛;技职教育学制与类科多元,符应社会各种不同的需求;产学合作多样而深入;课程内容强调实用取向;教育与就业的紧密结合。
This paper aims to introduce the recent development of technological and vocational education in Taiwan and generalize its characteristics. First, this paper introduces the four developmental stages of technological and vocational education： development of basic agriculture and business education, breed of professional technical persons, establishment of career education and high quality development of skill education. Second, this paper offers the present situations of technological and vocational education in the aspect of educational administration system and school system. Third, it puts forward the key points of the evolution of technological and vocational education in Taiwan. Last, it generalizes some characteristics of recent development of technological and vocational education in Taiwan, including the integrated and independent education system, flourish of running schools by social forces, diverse programs and departments which can meet the needs of multiple choices of society, diverse and thorough cooperation of industry and university, practical orientation of curriculums and close relation of education and employment.
