摘要
为了提高气动电磁换向阀可靠性试验台的自动化程度、数据处理能力及可操作性,并降低试验成本,研制了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的气动电磁换向阀可靠性试验台自动测控系统。介绍了该系统的硬件选型、电路设计及软件编程。该测控系统能实现多路传感器信号的数据采集、波形显示,通过输出方波信号来控制被测电磁阀的周期性切换。实际运行表明,该系统具有测量精度高、工作可靠及防振抗干扰能力强等特点。
A controlling and testing system for reliability test-bed of pneumatic solenoid directional control valve based on virtual instrument was designed to advance the automatization, function, maneuverability and reduce cost. The development process includes hardware choose, circuit design and software development. This system can finish gathering data and displaying waveform of several sensors' signal. It can generate square-wave signal to control solenoid valves. Experimental result shows that the system is accurate, credible and has strong capability of anti-jamming.
