摘要
设计了一种基于USB总线的数控雕刻机控制系统,根据步进电机的转矩-频率特性完成对电机的升降速和加工轨迹控制。该系统将数据处理程序存放在PC机内,并使用USB协议进行数据通信,利用FPGA进行多轴电机的轨迹插补和加减速控制,实现了数控雕刻机控制系统的开发。
A NC engraving machine control system based on USB protocol was designed, according to the torque-frequency peculiarity of stepping motor, the speed and track control was accomplished. The data were processed on PC, and USB protocol was used to transmit data to FPGA to finish the interpolation and speed control, and the control system of NC engraving machine was realized.
