摘要
为克服传统数控机床的局限性,使系统向高速度、高精度、高柔性、高可靠性、网络化等方向发展,提出了一种基于ARM微处理器和Linux系统的嵌入式数控机床的控制系统的设计方案。系统采用ARM微处理器S3C2440A和4轴3联动的MCX314AS运动控制芯片,试验结果表明这种数控系统的在数控机床上具有较高的应用价值。
To overcome the limitations of the traditional CNC systems and make the CNC systems develop forward the direction of high speed, high precision, high flexibility, high network, a design of embedded CNC system based on ARM and Linux was proposed. This CNC system used ARM microprocessor and MCX314AS. MCX314AS is a kind of DSP motion control chip, it can control 4 axes. The result indicates that the novel system based on ARM and Linux has some application value on CNC system.
