摘要 长期反复发作的癫痫会进一步导致脑神经元选择性损伤,这成为癫痫频发和难治的主要原因。本文从癫痫发作导致脑神经元损伤形式、凋亡情况及分子机制和中药、针灸及西药对癫痫继发脑神经元损伤的保护等方面介绍癫痫继发脑神经元损伤的机制及其防治。 Long-term recurrent seizures can lead to selective neuronal damage,as a refractory epilepsy and frequency of the main reasons.In this paper,neuronal injury form from seizures,and the molecular mechanism of apoptosis and the protection of epilepsy secondary to brain injury with chinese medicine,acupuncture and western medicine.introduced epilepsy secondary neuronal injury mechanisms and to prevent.
