残胃癌22例诊治分析

摘要胃切除术后，不论首次手术胃疾病的性质、切除范围、重建方式，残胃内又发生的癌，包含可能是残胃再发癌，称为残胃癌，发生率为0．8％～8．9％。我院自1990年至2008年共行胃癌手术416例，其中因良性病变行胃部分切除术后发生的残胃癌22例，报告如下。
