摘要 设备及主要材料的质量缺陷、安全检查和保养不严格、系统设计缺陷、灭火剂技术性能不符合要求、防护装置不符合要求是影响气体灭火系统安全的主要因素。以IG 541高压惰性混合气体灭火系统为例说明预先危险分析法,列表给出危害性因素、原因、影响、分级及措施等。以七氟丙烷气体灭火系统为例说故障类型及影响分析法,列表给出故障类型、影响、严重度、发生概率、原因及措施等。 The equipment and materials have quality handicap, the check and maintain are not strict, the system design is not perfect, the technology features of extinguisher is not regular, protection equipment is not regular are main factors which effect the safety of gas extinguishing system. Preliminary Hazard Analysis was expatiated with the example of IG541 high press inert gases extinguishing system. The factors,causes, effects, classification and countermeasures of danger were given in table. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis was expatiated with the example of heptafluoride propane extinguishing system. The styles, effect, degree, probability, causes and countermeasures of error were given in table.
