摘要
目的:探讨与修订银黄颗粒的质量标准。方法:应用HPLC法,选用Betasil C18色谱柱(4.6×200 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长274 nm;理论板数按黄芩苷峰计不少于1500,对银黄颗粒中的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.208~1.04μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5);黄芩苷的回收率为99.94%,RSD=0.92%。结论:本方法可对银黄颗粒的主要药味进行准确的定量测定,能更为有效的控制银黄颗粒的质量。
Objective: To explore and revise the quality standards of Yinhuang Granule.Methods: HPLC and Betasil C18 column(4.6×200 mm,5 μm)were used;the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(50∶50∶1) with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wave length of 274 nm;the peak number of theoretical plate was no less than 1500 pairs of baicalin and the content of baicalin in Yinhuang Granule was detected.Results: The sample size of baicalin in the 0.208~1.04 μg had a good linear relationship(r=0.9999,n=5) with the peak area within the framernrk;the recovery rate of baicalin wae 99.94% ,RSD=0.92%,Conclusion;This method can be an accurate quantitative measurement for major constituents of Yinhuang Granule ,thus effiectively controlling over the quality of Yinhuang Granule.
