摘要
选用228羽健康一日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡(公母混养),采取单因子随机化设计,随机分成3组,每组4个重复(每个重复19羽)。试验设一个对照组(饲喂基础日粮)和2个试验组,试验组是在基础日粮中分别添加300mg.kg-1和500mg·kg-1的黄芪多糖(APS)。试验期为42d。结果表明:给肉鸡饲粮添加300mg·kg-1和500mg·kg-1的APS,42d时日增重分别提高了3.93%和7.30%,但统计差异不显著(p>0.05)。0~21d阶段,300mg.kg-1APS添加组极显著提高了肉鸡的采食量(p<0.01),但22~42d阶段,APS添加组平均日采食量均极显著降低(p<0.01)。500mg·kg-1APS添加组在整个饲喂阶段的料重比降低了3.74%(p>0.05)。整个试验期,对照组、300mg·kg-1与500mg·kg-1APS添加组死亡率分别为6.4%、5.8%和0%。21d,35d和42d时,APS添加组小肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(p<0.01或p<0.05)。35d和42d时,APS添加组小肠隐窝深度变浅(p<0.05)。21,35,42d时肉鸡小肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C值),APS添加组高于与对照组(p<0.01或p<0.05)。
228 Avian broilers of 1-day-old(mixed male and female) were divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates(with 19 birds per replicate) in a one-way random design.The control group was fed the basal diet,the other 2 groups received basal diets supplemented with APS 300mg·kg-1 and 500mg.kg-1,respectively.The trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that supplementation of 300mg·kg-1 and 500 mg·kg-1 of APS the average daily gain of the broilers during 0-42 days by 3.93% and 7.30% respectively,but there was no significant difference(p〉0.05).Supplementation of 300mg·kg-1 APS during 0-21 d stage improved the feed intake of broilers significantly(p〈0.01),but during 22-42d stage,average daily feed intake in APS groups was significantly low(p〈0.01).500 mg.kg-1 APS supplementation reduced the feed gain ratio by 3.74%(p〉0.05) throughout the whole feeding phase.The mortality rate of the control group,300mg·kg-1 and 500 mg.kg-1 APS group throughout the trial period were 6.4%,5.8% and 0%,respectively.At 21d,35d and 42d,small intestine villous height of APS group was significantly high(p〈 0.01 or p〈0.05).At 35 d and 42 d,small intestine crypt depth of APS groups was shallow(p〈0.05).At 21,35 and 42 d,the villus height and crypt depth ratio(V/C value) of the broiler small intestine was higher than that of the control group(p〈0.01 or p〈0.05).
