摘要
目的测定宁夏道地药材铁棒锤小鼠半数致死量(LD50)。方法50只小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各半灌胃给予铁捧锤总浸膏1229mg/kg、860mg/kg、602mg/kg、421mg/kg、295mg/kg5个剂量,连续观察14d,记录各组小鼠症状,以小鼠急性死亡率为指标,计算铁棒锤的LD50和LD50的95%可信区间结果铁棒锤总浸膏的LD50为624mg/kg,其95%可信区间为502~774mg/kg结论铁棒锤按毒性分级标准属于中等毒性。
Objective To determinate the median lethal concentration dose in mice from Aconitum pendulum of Genuine Medicinal Materials in Ningxia. Methods Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups randomly, ten rats in each group, half male and half female. Each group was received different doses of total extract from Aconitum pendulum (1229 mg/kg,860 mg/kg,602 mg/kg,421 mg/kg,295 mg/kg ) by gastric perfusion. And then to observe continuously for 14 days, recorded symptoms of mice .According to the index of acute mortality of mice, calculated median lethal concentration dose and 95% confidence interval. Results The median lethal concentration dose of total extract from Aconitum pendulum was 624 mg/kg, and 95% confidence interval was 502-774 mg/kg. Conclusion Aconitum pendulum belongs to medium toxicity according to toxicant classification standard.
