摘要
全球性金融危机的爆发使研究生本来就严峻的就业形势更加严峻。这主要是由于研究生供给与市场需求发生了相对改变以及劳动力市场发育不够完善等原因造成的。面对这场金融危机带来的研究生就业难问题,研究生、学校、国家三者必须积极应对,一方面研究生要努力提高自己的专业知识水平和实践能力,另一方面学校要为研究生就业发布及时准确的市场需求信息,国家应出台相关优惠政策,扶持研究生就业。
