摘要
以自主开发的车用蓝牙高光模具和温控辅助装备为基础,利用高温快速成形工艺对制品型腔复原性的影响进行试验研究。结果表明:高温快速成形与普通成形主要区别在于当模温升高至塑料热变形温度附近时,制品复制率明显提高,在低于或超出塑料热变形温度区域,模温变化影响甚微,而其他参数的影响与普通成形类似;各参数对浇道凝料的影响与普通成形区别不大,且浇道凝料对模温的变化并不敏感,故可通过提高模温在不增加废料的前提下提高制品复制率。
By integrating the high--gloss surface mold for front panel of mobile key and auxiliary device for controlling mold temperature, which had been developed and manufactured independently, the influence law of process parameters in rapid heat cycle molding on replication capability of part was investigated. Results reveal that the replication capability of part will be increased remarkably, being different from conventional injection technology. When mold temperature is heated to the thermal deformation temperature of polymer, it changes hardly with the changing of mold temperature at lower or higher than the thermal deformation temperature. The other parameters has the same influence tendency between RHCM and conventional technology. The weight of runner system has the same influence tendency with the variation of parameters between RHCM and conventional technology. Especially, it is not sensitive to mold temperature. So it is feasible to increase the replication capability of part by improving mold temperature.
