摘要
目的:探讨手指末端皮肤软组织缺损功能性修复的几种方法。方法:采用九种皮瓣,根据指端缺损创面进行修复,共265人、282指:用指掌侧V-Y推进瓣修复43例,指神经血管束V-Y岛状推进瓣修复27例,指掌侧带指神经血管束推进瓣修复33例,示指背侧神经血管蒂岛状瓣修复拇指17例,指总神经血管束岛状瓣修复12例,带神经拇指尺背侧动脉逆行岛状瓣修复拇指25例,带神经指动脉背侧支逆行岛状瓣修复85例,带指神经指动脉逆行岛状瓣修复22例,带指神经背侧支指动脉逆行岛状瓣修复18例。结果:279例皮瓣存活,3例坏死,成活率98.9%,随访3~12个月,指端外形满意,感觉良好。结论:带神经皮瓣皮肤质地结构与患处相似,感觉功能恢复良好,是修复指端缺损的理想材料。
Objective: To discuss several flaps in repairing of fingertip soft tissue defects.Methods: Nine types of skin flap were selected to repair fingertip soft tissue defects in 265 patients,282 fingers.Results: All flaps but three survived.A follow-up(3 to 12 months) was made in all patients,the fingertips had satisfactory appearances and sensations,and the functions of finger were excellent.Conclusion: The texture and architecture of hand flaps are similar to fingers,which are the ideal material for reconstruction of finger-tip soft tissue defects.
