摘要
目的:检测烧伤患者感染细菌的菌种和耐药性变化。方法:应用VITEKAMS系统检测1991~1995年我院烧伤中心1225株细菌的检出率、耐药率和耐药生物型及药敏型。结果:1225株细菌中革兰氏阴性杆菌881株(71.92%),革兰氏阳性球菌344株(28.08%),其中铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌居第一、二位;铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌每年都有主要生物型在病房流行,混合感染和多重耐药多,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率83.00%。结论:烧伤患者感染菌耐药性高,混合感染多。
Objective:To analyze changes in bacterial strains and drug resistance in burned patients.Methods:One thousand two hundred and twentyfive strains of bacteria were analyzed in burned patients during a 5year period (1991~1995),including detectable rate,drug resistance of bacteria and their biotype style,drug sensitive test style.The identification of these bacteria were performed using VITEKAMS system.Results:71 92% of 1 225 bacterial strains were gramnegative bacteria,and grampositive bacteria accounted for 28 08%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphycococcus aureus ranked the first and the second predominant bacteria,respectively.Main biotype of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae had an epidemic pattern in each year.In addition,83 00% of Staphycococcus aureus were MRSA.Conclusions:Infections in burn patients are characterized by high incidences of drug resistance to antibiotics,mixed infection with different bacterial strains,and multiresistance bacteria infection.Thus,it is suggested that dynamic observation of changes in pathogenic strains and sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics are useful for clinical treatment of burn infection.
