摘要
文章以系统功能语言学对名词化的认识和理解为出发点,着重阐述法律英语中的名词化现象及其语体特征,有助于理解法律英语的规律性,促进法律英语的学习和教学,提高有关人员阅读普通法国家的法律原文和对该法系法律进行研究的能力。
This paper analyzes the linguistic phenomenon of nominalization in legal English from the perspective of systemic-functional linguistics.And it helps to understand the regularity of the legal English and stimulates its study and teaching.Meanwhile the ability to read and research the law of common-law countries can be improved.
