摘要
实习支教是目前我国高等师范院校教育实习的重要形式。它不仅对师范生实践能力的培养起重要作用,而且还担负着改善农村师资、提高农村教育质量的重要使命。考察实习支教实施现状,研究其实施效果,对实习支教模式的进一步完善、促进实习支教在我国的顺利实施具有现实意义。文章以忻州师院为例,结合调研成果,运用教育理论,就顶岗实习支教中所出现的情况进行分析研究,在此基础上提出一点建议。
Teaching practice is the Normal University in China as an important form 0f teaching practice.It is not only practical ability of normal students play an important role in the training,but also charged with improving the rural quality of teachers,improve the quality of rural education,an important mission.Study the status of implementation of practice teaching,to study its effect on teaching practice model to further improve and.promote teaching internship in China with the smooth implementation of practical significance. In this paper,Xinzhou Teachers College as an example,the combination of research results, the use of educational theory, practical teaching on appear in the analysis of the situation, on the basis of proposals to raise the point.
