摘要
１９８９年５月至１９９４年４月，应用关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎１４７例。介绍了膝关节骨性关节炎症状，Ｘ线表现，关节镜下所见特点。经镜下手术随诊观察后，认为关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可以同时消除引起症状的五大因素：软骨损害、半月板退化撕裂、滑膜炎症、关节渗液及骨内压力增高。有效率８７％。
From May,1989 to April,1994,147 cases of knee joint osteoarthritis were treated with debridement under the arthroscopy in our department.The authors introduced the symptoms,X-ray menifestations and the internal features visualized in arthroscopy of knee joint osteoarthritis.The result of follow-up suggsted that debridement under arthroscopy may eliminate simultaneously five major factors ,including cartilage damage,meniscus degeneration and tear,joint effusion and hypertension inside bone which often result in symptoms.Its effective rate is 87%.
