摘要
应用Wilson煤柱设计理论公式和三向应力状态下的极限平衡条件,以王封煤矿为实例,分析了刀柱采煤法开采后留设煤柱的弹塑性变形区,计算了煤柱承受的极限载荷,得出该矿8号煤层刀柱采煤法留设的煤柱实际承受的荷载小于其所能承受的极限荷载,煤柱处于稳定状态,上覆岩层在煤柱上产生应力集中现象,对下部煤层开采造成较大的困难。
Taking Wangfeng Colliery as an example, this paper applied Wilson coal pillar design method and limit equilibrium condition to analyzing elastic-plastic deformation area of residual coal pillar after mining with wedge pillar method and calculating limit loading on coal pillar. Result shows that actual loading on pillars in 8th Coal Seam is smaller than limit value and pillars are stable. Stress concentration due to overlying strata weight on pillar will make downward coal seam mining difficult.
