科技档案作为科技情报、科技信息和科技资料的重要来源,在科学研究、经济建设中发挥着极其重要的作用。科技档案是一种潜在的生产力,它能渗透到生产资料和劳动力中转化为直接的生产力,为社会创造价值。在经济建设中,利用科技档案,能取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。同时,科技挡案也是促进科技信息交流的重要手段。
As an important source of sci-tech data, file and information, sci-tech archive play an important role in scientific re search and economic construction. Moreover, sci-tech arclive is a potential produltive force which can transform into real produc tivity on proper terms. In economic construhion, taking good use of the information can make good social and economic benefits. At the same time, Sci tech Archive is an important means of prometing communication of scientific information.
