摘要
研究了一种基于C8051F单片机抽油机数据采集模块的设计与实现。论述了系统结构、工作原理,着重阐述了硬件电路、软件流程与实现方法。该数据采集模块运用多维参数检测,结合高性能单片机,辅以无线通讯和人机互动模块,通过远程终端和现场设备皆可获取参数信息,与传统方法相比系统响应更快速,对抽油机故障判断更准确。在抽油机在线故障监控系统中得到应用。实验结果表明,该方法可靠性高、成本低廉、使用方便。
The design conception of a data acquisition module based on C8051F MCU is presented, dealing with the system structure, working principle, hardware circuits, software flow chart and the way to realize them. The system includes the multidimensional data detectors, a high quality MCU, wireless communication module and the man-machine conversation module. It is more quickly responding and exacter in judgements of the oil pumping machine' s malfunctions than traditional ways. This module is applied to the data acquisition ofthe oil pumping machine monitoring system. Its application shows that it is provided with high reliability, low cost and easy operation.
