摘要
将微波加热法引入到液晶模板中,探索微波辅助加热层状液晶模板法制备钯纳米粒子,利用透射电镜和X-射线粉末衍射对产物进行表征.微波加热下,在Tw een-80/n-C10H21OH/H2O形成的液晶模板体系中成功制备了分布均匀的钯金属纳米粒子,大大缩短了反应时间;改变反应物浓度和加热时间可将钯纳米粒子的粒径控制在3-6 nm.
Microwave irradiation was introduced to lamellar liquid crystal template, the preparation of palladium nanoparticles by microwave-assisted heating in lamellar liquid crystal template was explored. The as-prepared Pd nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. Pd nanoparticles with narrow size distributions were synthesized in the system of Tween-80/n-C10H21OH/H2O under microwave irradiation, and the reaction time could be shortened greatly. The average diameters of Pd nanoparticles could be controlled in the range of 3-6 nm by changing the reactant concentration and the reaction time.
