摘要
多校区办学的初衷是可以更大限度地弘扬名校品牌,但由于主校的管理模式以及主校与分校的空间距离等原因会造成管理效率下降,同时分校与主校还会在校园气氛、发展目标、办学成本、资源共享、文化互融、学生品质和利益创造等方面发生问题,致使分校不能完全按照主校预先设计的轨迹发展。发达国家多校区办学的经验使我国高校的发展在师资建设、集权与分权关系的处理、教师跨校区沟通等方面需要认真考虑。
Multi-campus education aims to make high school's name go further to a great degree, but the management efficiency may be go down because of many elements, such as main school's management mode and the distance between main school and the branch school, in the meantime, there are many problems may appear between main school and branch school in the aspects of campus atmosphere, developing aim, education management cost, resource sharing, culture mutual blending, student qualification and benefit creation. So the branch school can not completely develop along the rail which the main school designs in advance. Western countries' school-running experience makes us consider many aspects in detail, such as teacher team construction, the relationship between power-centralization and power-decentralization,
