摘要
为了探索女木兰的濒危机理和引种栽培规律,研究了老岭自然保护区天女木兰的传粉习性与不同海拔高度下的结实情况。结果表明:天女木兰雌雄蕊异熟,属于异花传粉植物;分布于高海拔与低海拔的天女木兰,其聚合果的长和宽、有种子的聚合果的比例显著减小,但分布于不同海拔的天女木兰其聚合果德长与宽之比、结有1粒种子和结有2粒种子的聚合果所占的比例及其二者之比的差异均不显著;随着海拔的升高,空瘪率由差异不显著变为显著降低,而产籽率则显著增加。
Pollination habits and effects of altitude on fructification of Magnolia sieboldii were studied in Laoling nature reserve in order to explore the endangered mechanism and introduction law. The results showed that Magnolia sieboldii is cross-pollinated plant with the pistils and stamens maturing at different times. The length and width of aggregate follicle and the proportion of aggregate follicle with seeds at higher altitudes were lower significantly than lower altitudes, while there was no difference in the ratio of length to width of aggregate follicle, the rate of follicle with one seed of the aggregate follicle (I), the rate of follicle with two seeds of the aggregate follicle(II) and the ratio of I/II at different altitudes. The total rate of shrunken seeds decreased with the raise of altitude while the rate of vigorous seeds production increased.
