摘要
城乡统筹涉及城乡经济、社会、文化、基础设施等多个方面,这就决定了构建城乡统筹发展评价体系的复杂性。城乡统筹发展评价体系包括指标体系、城乡差距的衡量方法以及确定各指标的权重三项内容。本文在对这三个方面的有关文献进行述评的基础上,提出了构建城乡统筹指标体系的原则和逻辑,进而利用因素分析法尝试性地建立了城乡统筹指标体系。
Only by analyzing the current status of the relationship between urban and rural development clearly and objectively can we develop rational strategies and measures of them. Economic, social, cultural, infrastructures are all involved in the planning for urban and rural development, which determine the complexity of evaluation system. And the evaluation system basically includes the following three parts: Indicator System, Method to measure the gap between urban and rural areas, determination of the weight of the indicators. In this paper, the above-mentioned three parts of the literature are reviewed, then based on which we introduce the logic and thought of the index system of planning for urban and rural.
