摘要
针对含硫油田污水配聚问题,研究了硫离子S2-对HPAM聚合物溶液黏度的影响及除硫方法.相同浓度(1300mg/L)聚合物溶液的黏度,在相同NaC l盐度下(2125.6、3105.7、5184.2、6818.8 mg/L)随S2-质量浓度增大(2.5-50 mg/L)而减小,在相同S2-质量浓度下随盐度增大而减小。绘制了2个盐度(2125.6和5184.2 mg/L)、3或4个S2-质量浓度(0、8.125、15、35 mg/L)下的7条聚合物溶液黏度μ-聚合物质量浓度C(500-5000 mg/L)关系曲线,由实测数据拟合了描述μ=f(C)关系的7个一元二次方程。研究了除硫的方法,通入O3可将溶液中的硫离子完全除去,加入H2O2或通入空气只能部分除去硫离子,剩余S2-浓度的高低取决于初始S2-浓度的高低。
The effect of sulfide ion on the viscosity of HPAM polymer solution and the ways of sulfide removal were investigated experimentally for the purpose of solving the problems of preparing polymer solution in sour oilfield produced water.The viscosity of polymer solution of concentration 1300 mg/L decreased with increasing S2-concentration from 2.5 to 50 mg/L at an equal NaCl salinity(2125.6—6818.8 mg/L) and with increasing salinity at an equal S2-concentration.The relationships of polymer solution viscosity,μ,vz polymer mass concentration,C(500—5000 mg/L),were constructed and the fitted quadratic equations μ=f(C) were obtained for 7 combinations of salinity(2125.6 and 5184.2 mg/L) and S2-concentration(0,8.125,15,or 35 mg/L).The sulfide removal from polymer solutions by gaseous O3 blowing was complete and by H2O2 introducing and aeration was not complete,lieving a residual S2-concentration,which was dependent upon the initial S2-concentration in the solution.
