摘要
通过采样分析方法,调查了巢湖秋季全湖营养特征,并采用藻类生长潜力实验(AGP实验),研究了秋季巢湖微囊藻的生长潜力。结果表明,巢湖西半湖的富营养化程度高于东半湖。分析并研究富营养化程度不同的西半湖和东半湖的微囊藻的生长潜力测定表明,利用西半湖湖水培养的微囊藻群体生长状态优于东半湖。AGP实验表明,巢湖湖水在添加充足磷的情况下,藻类的最大现存量和平均最大特定增长率为7.93×105cells·mL-1和0.25·d-1;而在添加充足氮的情况下,藻类的最大现存量和平均最大特定增长率为2.54×106cells·mL-1和0.38·d-1。微囊藻的最大现存量及最大特定增长率与氮的相关性明显高于磷,说明与磷相比,在秋季水体中氮的增加可能会显著提高秋季蓝藻水华的暴发程度。
The nutritional characteristics of Lake Chaohu in the autumn was investigated, and the potential test of algal growth( AGP experimental)was used to study the growth potential of Mieroeystis in autumn in Chaohu. The results showed that the eutrophication in West half of Chaohu Lake was higher than that of the eastern half lake. The mieroeyst algae's growth potential in samples from west half lake and east half lake were analyzed, and the results indicated that, microeyst algae in the west half lake water samples grew faster than algae in the water samples from east half lake. The AGP experiment indicated that the algae's biggest stock and the maximum specific rate of Mierocyst were 7.93×10^5cells·mL^-1 and 0.25. d^-1 respectively when sufficient phosphorus was added into the water samples; but algae's biggest stock and the maxi- mum specific rate were 2.54×10^5cells·mL^-1 and 0.38 ·d^-1 respectively when sufficient nitrogen was added. The relativities between nitrogen and Microcyst algae's biggest stock and the maximum specific rate were obviously higher than those between phosphorus and Microeyst algae's biggest stock and the maximum specific rate. These data indieated that compared with the phosphorus, the increase of nitrogen level in water body of Chaohu in the autumn could obviously enhance blue-green algae concentration to form water bloom.
