摘要
本文主要采用问卷调查法和比较法,以山东省农村义务教育阶段学生为调查对象,结果显示,在日常课外活动中,体育锻炼的参与性较强,锻炼的频率较高、时间较充分,且小学生略好于初中生;日常体育锻炼的项目比较丰富、多样,参与意识以健康和快乐为主,趋向于多元化;且在体育锻炼的身心体验上表现出明显的集体快乐需求,但锻炼的意志力非常薄弱、易受外界干扰而间断;对体育锻炼的认知程度较高,能够自主进行体育锻炼,比率较高;对身心锻炼体验能够做出较正确自我判断。
This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and comparative research and takes the students at compulsory education stage in rural areas in Shandong province as research subjects. The results showed that the frequency of exercise is higher, time is more, and the primary student is better than middle school students slightly. The event of daily physical exercise is richer and diversity, participate in consciousness so as strong healthy body and happy mainly, in diversity. The experience of body and mind of physical exercise is more enough, ability of human communication is obvious better, but the will force of exercise is very weak, easy to disturb by outside world and is disconnected. The level acceptation of the meaning of physical exercise is very higher. Student can act on one's own to carry out physical exercise, and the ratio is high. For the healthy condition of body and mind, they can make self judgment.
