摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对颌面部骨折的显示和应用价值。方法:回顾分析45例颌面部骨折患者螺旋CT图像并行多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖重建(SSD)及容积重建(VR)。结果:45例患者颌面部骨折均良好显示并明确诊断。结论:通过多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对颌面部进行重建,能清晰逼真显示颌面部复杂解剖关系、骨折分离、移位及与周围组织相互关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供有效帮助。
Objective：To discuss the value of Multislices Spiral CT with 3 - Dimentional reconstruction （MSCT -3D） in maxillofacial fracture. Methods： reviewed analysis in the 45 cases with maxillofacial fracture, every one had been treated with multiplane reconstruction （ MPR）, Surface Superfacial Reonstruction （SSD） and Volume Reconstruction （VR）. Results： Defined optic imaging and diagnosis of 45 cases with maxillofacial fracture. Conclusion：According to the MSCT- 3D pictures of 45 cases with maxillofacial fracture, this technique can show optic images effectively to help clinician diagnosis and treatment with complicated anatomy, diastasis and displacement of the fracture, and its surounding structure.
