摘要
利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立长虹SF21366型电视带包装的参数化有限元模型,实现GB/T 4857所规定的机强跌落试验的仿真模拟,获得包装件应力、应变云图和加速度响应曲线.通过对在跌落时包装衬垫对该型电视机冲击减缓程度的分析表明:跌落、碰撞的冲击时该型电视机易损部件的加速度峰值已超出产品许用脆值,衬垫的缓冲性能有待优化.在基于衬垫原来结构特点的基础上,采用基因遗传算法实现缓冲衬垫结构的优化,并通过优化前后包装件跌落冲击地面时的等效应力分布和独立部件加速度峰值曲线等的对比分析,证实了优化后包装衬垫的缓冲性能得到大幅提高,为包装设计提供了可靠的方法.
The parametric finite element model of ChangHong SF21366 television with packaging was established using finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Simulation of mechanical strength in dropping test prescribed by GB/T4857 was conducted and the corresponding stress&strain nephogram and acceleration dynamic response of television structure was obtained. Results reveal that the acceleration peak value exceeds allowable value of product fragilities. Therefore the cushion performance of packaging cushions needs to be improved. Gene genetic algorithm is used to realize the optimization of cushion structure and drop test simulation is again performed. Finally the distribution of effective stress and peak value of acceleration of individual part before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. It can be seen that after optimization the cushion performance of packaging cushion is largely improved. Thus the optimization approach presented in this paper provides a reliable method for general packaging design.
