摘要
以60Co γ射线辐照杨树种子,测定不同剂量对4个杨树品种M1代的影响。结果表明:辐照处理后,各品种杨树种子的萌发和成苗明显受到抑制。不同剂量处理间的根长差异显著,且随着剂量增加,主根生长呈明显下降趋势;幼苗高度差异不显著。鲁山杨、I-69杨和I-72杨种子的半致死剂量为200Gy,圣山杨种子的半致死剂量为250Gy。
Four varieties seeds of poplar were irradiated by different dose of ^60Co γ-rays, and the effect of irradiation on the M1 generation were investigated. The results indicated that after irradiation, the germination and seedling were significantly inhibited. Among the different dose treatments, the length of roots was significantly different, and the length of roots decreased with the irradiation dose increasing. The effect on seedling height was not obvious. Semi-lethal dose of Populus×liaoningensis Z. Wang et H. D. Chen cv. nov, Populus×deltoides cv. Lux ex. I-69/55 and Populus×euramericana cv. San Martino ex. I-72/58 was 200 Gy, Semi-lethal dose of Populus×gaixianesis Z.Wang et H. D. Chen sp.cv was 250 Gy.
