手术前药物的停用
摘要
许多患者在围术期常会同时使用多种药物。研究发现,合用6种以下药物时,药物相互作用的发生率低于5%;而当合用15种以上药物时,药物相互作用的发生率增加至40%以上[1,2]。药物的不良反应会增加麻醉风险,且使临床处理更加困难。那么术前是否必须停用相关药物呢？
