摘要
目的探讨新生儿肺透明膜病的X线特征。方法对30例经临床和X线确诊为肺透明膜病的新生儿进行分析。结果30例均表现为肺野透亮度降低,呈毛玻璃样改变,伴两肺内中带有细小颗粒或网结状影。30例均出现支气管充气征,多见于右下肺内带及左心影后,为肺透明膜病X线特征的典型表现。8例出现白肺征。结论胸部X线检查是诊断肺透明膜病的主要方法和及时了解肺透明膜病病程发展与治疗效果的主要手段。
Objective To discuss the X-ray features of hyaline membrane disease of newborn.Methods 30 casess which diagnosed as hyaline membrane disease by clinical and X-ray were analyzed.Results 30 cases showed that brightness of lung permeability reduce,as ground-glass change,accompanied with small particles between two lungs or domain nodose video.30 cases appeared bronchial inflatable sign,was particularly prevalent in the lower right lung and left heart,as typical characteristics of the X-ray performance about pulmonary hyaline membrane disease.8 cases appeared white pulmonary symptoms.Conclusion Chest X-ray examination was the main method to diagnosis of hyaline membrane disease and to understand the disease course and treatment.
