摘要
针对频率信号的占空比测量需求,介绍了以TMS320F2812DSP为核心的高精度频率量占空比测量的方法,包括硬件实现和软件控制策略。充分利用TMS320F2812处理器的外设功能,针对不同的外部输入采用了该芯片的EV(EVA/EVB)模块和A/D模块两种不同的测量方法,达到了对频率量占空比的高精度有效测量。
A precision measurement method is developed with TMS320F2812DSP in the duty cycle of frequency signal. The functions of peripheral devices, including the control strategy of software and the eireuit of hardware are made full use. In order to have a high accuracy and available result, two different metholds of EV and A/D modules in the chip are used.
