摘要
采用HPLC法测定喜树不同部位喜树碱的含量,并进行比较分析.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙睛∶水(30∶70),检测波长254 nm,流速1.0mL/min.喜树碱在(0.046~0.230mg.mL-1)范围内线性关系良好.幼芽喜树碱含量最高,叶片、果实其次,二年生枝条喜树碱含量高于一年生枝条.
To establish an HPLC method for determining camptothecin in different organs of Camptotheca acuminata Decne.Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-H2O(30∶70).The UV detector wavelength was 254nm,flow rate 1.0mL·min-1.The foliar bud has the highest content of CPT;the blade and seed have the second highest content of CPT;the seeds have the third highest content of CPT;biennial shoots have a higher content of CPT than annual shoots.
