摘要
采用稀释和两段厌氧发酵工艺处理糖蜜酒精废水,试图消除硫酸盐还原产物H2S对厌氧微生物的影响,提高废水处理效率。结果表明,在35℃条件下,发酵系统容积负荷率为5.3gCOD/(L.d),容积产沼气率达2.03L/(L.d),废水化学耗氧量(COD)去除率达69.5%。处理1m3废水(COD值100000mg/L)可生产沼气38m3。
Molasses waste water from the sugar refinery were treated by using dilution and anaerobic fermentation process in laboratory. Results showed that the organic loading for the fermentation system was 5. 3 COD/L/d,volumetric biogas 2.03 L/L/d,and COD removal 69.5%, Treatment of 1 m3 waste water(COD 10 0000 mg/l)produced 38 m3 biogas.
