摘要
在盾构隧道的修复工程中,为了隔离损坏段和完好段的联系,防止进一步的坍塌破坏,便于进行完好隧道内的清淤排水和隧道修复工作,在隧道损坏段和完好段分界处进行垂直冻结形成冻土帷幕,并布置温度监测系统进行实时监测,通过监测数据计算和分析冻土帷幕各种参数指导隧道修复工作的进行,并同时考察隧道修复工作对冻土帷幕温度的影响。计算分析表明,该冻结系统运转稳定,监测系统布置合理,冻土帷幕强度达到了设计与施工的要求。受管片切割和连续墙施工的影响冻土帷幕温度有一定升高,但是并没有高于设计冻土帷幕温度,这些工序结束后冻土温度继续下降。
In the recovery project of a shield tunnel, muhirow vertical freeze-tubes are settled to form a frozen soil curtain on the boundary of the damaged section and intact section of the tunnel (an ice plug in the tunnel) for the isolation of the two parts, to prevent further collapse of the tunnel and to guarantee the draining in the intact part and the recovery work. A temperature monitoring system is established to real-timely monitor the temperature of the brine-freezing system and the frozen soil curtain. The tunnel recovery works are guided by the parameter which can be calculated by using the monitored data. The influences of the tunnel recovery works on the temperature field of the frozen soil curtain are also analyzed. The results of analysis show that the freezing system work stably, the monito- ring system is reasonably settled, and strength of the frozen soil curtain meets the design and construction requirements. Thickness of the frozen soil curtain varies with different elevations. Moreover, it is found that some construction procedures have a significant impact on the temperature field of the frozen soil curtain but the recovery work is undertaken safely.
