摘要
为适应菌种的大规模筛选,以红霉素发酵为研究对象建立一套抗生素化学效价的高通量分析方法。该方法以硫酸显色法测定红霉素化学效价原理为基础,分析了检测器、微孔板介质、样品前处理操作条件等对检测的影响,结果表明该方法分析快速,结果稳定,且操作简单,试剂和样品用量少,适合高通量平行分析大批量样品。
A rapid high throughput method was established for measurement of erythromycin chemical titer to meet the largescale strain screening. The system based on color development method using sulfuric acid, which was applied widely. The effects of the instruments, microtiter plate and the operation procedure of liquid - handling on the results were estimated. The results showed that the method established was compatibly used to scale analysis. The characteristics of the method were rapid assay, reliable result, simple operation and a small quantity of agents and samples.
