摘要
通过连续流动固定床反应器考察了真空浸渍制备的负载型固体碱催化剂KOAc/NaY(2mmol/g)的稳定性。结果表明,该催化剂在30h内具有较好的稳定性,但随后活性逐渐下降;热重分析表明催化剂在450K~600K的温度范围内有较好的热稳定性;X射线衍射(XRD)、CO2程序升温脱附(CO2-TPD)、BET和扫描电镜(SEM)等表征结果表明,碳酸二甲酯(DMC)在高温下的分解造成的积炭堵塞催化剂的孔道导致催化剂表面碱中心大量减少是其活性降低的原因。
The stability of KOAc/NaY(2 mmol/g) catalyst during the synthesis of o-methoxytoluene via vapor phase reaction of ocresol with dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was investigated in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was stable for 30 hours, and then decreased. The results of TG-DSC indicated the catalyst had good thermal stability within the temperature range of 450K to 600K, and the results of XRD, CO2-TPD, BET and SEM indicated that the surfaces of the used catalysts were covered with deposited carbon from the decomposition of DMC in high temperature and the pores of the catalyst were blocked, which caused the loss of basic sites and led to deactivation of the catalyst.
