摘要
在分析现有汽车可靠性评估传统方法局限性的基础上,利用一种新的可靠性分析方法——GO法对汽车可靠性进行了研究,建立了汽车发动机点火系统的GO图模型,详细阐述了如何利用GO法状态概率公式对点火系统进行定向分析和精确的定量分析。利用SOA技术方法对可靠性考评集成进行了研究,提出了基于SOA的汽车可靠性考评系统应用支撑平台架构,介绍了利用Webservice技术的具体实现过程。系统的开发与应用表明,该方案能很好地解决信息孤岛现象。
Based on analysis of the limitation of the existing research on traditional automobile reliability analysis methods, used GO methodology, a new reliability analysis methods, in study of automobile reliability analysis,founded a GO diagram model for automobile engine ignition assembly. Discussed how to implement qualitative analyse and exact quantitative analyse of automobile ignition assembly with the state probability formula of GO methodology. Researched the integration of reliability estimation system with SOA ( service-oriented architecture), proposed an architecture for SOA-based application supportive platform for RESA (reliability estimation system of automobile). The development and application of the system demonstrates that the solution solves the information island phenomenon successfully.
